Brian Erickson is President of Mosaic Networx LLC. Prior to starting Mosaic in 2007 Mr. Erickson was an Executive Director responsible for Wholesale services at MCI/Verizon. Mr. Erickson has a proven track record of accomplishments within the industry and over 18 years of industry experience at the combined companies; Centex, MFS, WorldCom, MCI and Verizon. During his tenure Mr. Erickson was responsible for building out state of the art networks for Fortune 100 companies and Carrier Wholesale clients.

Mr. Erickson attended California State University in Sacramento where he earned his BS degree in Business Administration and Marketing.

Matt Hiles is Managing Partner and Executive Vice President of Mosaic NetworX, LLC.  Prior to joining Mosaic NetworX, LLC in early 2008, Mr. Hiles was the Director of Business Development at Looking Glass Networks responsible for both Enterprise and Wholesale revenues.  He was also instrumental in the creation and development of asset-based, network infrastructure projects around the country.  Mr. Hiles has an established record of success within the telecommunications and data center industries spanning nearly 20 years.  During his career, he has held executive and leadership positions at Allnet Communications, MFS, WorldCom, Level 3, and DCI Technology Holdings.

Mr. Hiles attended Harvard University in Cambridge, MA, where he earned an ALB degree in Government - US/Soviet Relations.

Tom Wierimaa is Vice President of Finance for Mosaic Networx, LLC. Prior to joining Mosaic Networx in 2010 Mr. Wierimaa was a Vice President of Finance for Aero Solutions Responsible for Financial Operations. Mr. Wierimaa has 12 years of experience in telecommunications serving in a number of roles including Finance, Operations, and Information Technology. Among his many finance roles Mr. Wierimaa has served in accounting, planning, and treasury management functions. In addition, Mr. Wierimaa has also been responsible for ensuring efficient operation of the switched voice termination products. Mr. Wierimaa has previously worked for Level 3 Communications, Looking Glass Networks, and Verizon (formerly WorldCom). 

Mr. Wierimaa received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University, Master of Business Administration from Tulane University, Master of Accounting from Tulane University, and Master of Taxation from Denver University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of Mississippi and Colorado.
