Customize Your Dedicated Internet Connection
•Burstable: Provides on-demand bandwidth at a monthly fee based on sustained monthly usage, enabling access to the service’s full potential bandwidth. Supported services include T1, T3, OC-3, OC-12, OC-48, Dedicated Internet—Ethernet, and GigE Port Only.
•Burstable Select: Similar to the Burstable product, but allows the customer to specify a bandwidth commitment and to be billed to the nearest 1Mbps for any usage over the commitment in a given month. Supported services include T1, T3, OC-3, OC-12, OC-48, and GigE Port Only.
•Tiered: Provides flat monthly pricing based on a selected bandwidth tier. The full circuit is provisioned at the time of installation; however bandwidth is capped at the desired level with an easy upgrade to the next tier. Supported services include T3, OC-3, OC-12, Dedicated Internet—Ethernet, Fast Ethernet Port Only, and GigE Port Only.
•Price-protected: Provides full access line bandwidth at all times with a single, flat monthly cost. Designed for businesses that require a full T-1 on a sustained level, or companies that require a fixed monthly cost.
Dedicated Internet – Ethernet
Mosaic’s Dedicated Internet – Ethernet is the solution for businesses seeking a flexible and seamless broadband bridge to the Internet. The service is delivered over Mosaic’s Ethernet-based Metro Area Network, which is built on a tier 1 local fiber/SONET network and interconnected with our global Internet backbone network. The solution is scalable from 10 Mbps to 1 Gbps.

•Dedicated Internet – Gigabit Ethernet Port Only
Uses established Ethernet technology to enable a local connection between the customer’s router and a Mosaic IP hub. This dedicated point-to-point Internet access product is based on Gigabit Ethernet standard and is ideal for net-centric companies, such as ISPs or ASPs, that require Ethernet handoffs within telco facilities housing a GigE-qualified Mosaic hub. Gigabit Ethernet Port Only service supports up to 1 Gbps.
•Dedicated Internet – Fast Ethernet Port Only
Uses established Ethernet technology to enable a local connection between the customer’s router and a Mosaic IP hub. This option is for businesses that need an in-building Ethernet connection to Mosaic’s hub, but require less bandwidth than the GigE Port Only Dedicated Internet Service provides.

•Ethernet familiarity. Established Internet technology is used to deliver access right to your business. A standard Ethernet (10/100/1000M) handoff between our network and your facility means there is no need for proprietary equipment. You continue to use the hardware that works best for you.
•Ethernet flexibility. Mosaic’s service is designed to be customized to your company’s needs. Because of the wide range of bandwidth available over the same physical handoff, you can start at just 20 Mbps (over Fast E) of service and continue all the way to 1,000 Mbps (Gig E) with burstable and tiered options available. Finally you can pick the Internet bandwidth you need, rather than being dependent upon what the telco offers.
•Ethernet cost efficiencies. Because the same physical Ethernet handoff scales in bandwidth, you won’t need to buy different routers as you would with traditional telco circuits. Additionally, Ethernet routers significantly less than their telco equivalents.
