Pre-Installation:
A Mosaic installation technician will be assigned to your specific service order and will work directly with our customers to track, test and turn up your service in a timely manner.
Post-Installation:
Once your service is installed, we’ll provide the resources you need for continued support.

When opening a ticket please have your circuit id available and clearly state the service interruption you are experiencing.
