Job Description:

Responsible for generating all Channel sales activities, from lead generation, demos, pricing, through closed transaction. Develop and implement agreed upon 90 Day Sales and Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding Partner and customer base. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of Partner and customer satisfaction consistent with long-term Company goals, vision, and values

In summary, the position of Regional Channel Manager at Mosaic NetworX is a crucial role that directly and indirectly affects new revenue generation, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.   The position will be responsible for a variety of pre-sales and post-sales activities including, but not limited to:

Service Delivery Responsibilities:

  • Standard measurements will focus on actual sales, profitability, and growth percentage within the business unit.  In addition, developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of new customers will be a key indicator of future success expectations;
  • Prepare and implement sales  and marketing action plans and Strategies
    • Develop key networking partners with Master Agents, Sub Agents, IT VAR’s and MSPs
    • Plan and conduct marketing activities using various media
      • Phone
      • Email Campaigns
      • Social Media Campaigns
      • Face-to-face meetings
    • Develop and maintain Partner database of sales and prospecting activities
    • Report Sales activities and production in Sales Force
    • Build loyal agent team consisting of high-performing technology sellers.

Partner-Facing Communications

  • Maintain highly active, daily partner engagement schedule.
  • Qualify partner opportunities to ensure high-probability, and push for customer-facing discovery call.
  • Set & manage proper partner expectations
  • Manage expedites and escalations proactively
  • Deliver world-class Partner Experience (PX) everyday as a critical differentiator of Mosaic NetowrX.

Other Responsibilities:

  • New Product Development
    • Track & understand industry and marketplace trends
    • Work with executive management across functional boundaries to develop and promote new and innovative products

Job Description:

Mosaic NetworX is a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider seeking a high energy, highly motivated individual to work as our Customer Success Manager. The Client Account Manager will be a customer-facing position responsible for delivering a “White Glove” customer experience through ensuring customers have the services, tools and support needed to achieve their goals.  Additionally, this individual will be responsible for growing revenue month over month across our existing base of customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Sales Support:

  • Create and process service orders in a timely fashion
  • Coordinate with Operations to insure prompt and accurate processing of new service orders
  • Solicit quotes from vendors and assemble those quotes into Sales Proposals
  • Assemble new Marketing content to increase brand awareness

Client Support Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive customer contact, and be the “Face of Mosaic” to consistently exceed customer’s post-sale expectations.
  • Work with customers to get renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across the product lines.
  • Perform Bill Review with new Customers to insure ordered services exceed expectations.
  • Become trusted advisor for every Customer
  • Establish QBR’s with customer base

Process Engineering Responsibilities:

  • Work across functional areas to identify repetitive processes.
  • Work with functional leaders to refine existing or create new processes.
  • Document new process flows and train respective team members.
